Navigating Unexplained Infertility

Sometimes, the path to family building includes unexpected turns and uncertainty around how and when you will build your family.

This group is for individuals who have experienced a longer journey to build their family, including multiple rounds of IVF, recurrent loss, and miscarriage. Together, we may explore the following:

  • Strategies to help manage the emotions that may occur along the way

  • Strategies to strengthen your relationships and set healthy boundaries

  • Providing a nonjudgmental place to engage in authentic, honest discussions about disappointments, fears, and feelings of overwhelm

  • Support with stress management, health and nutrition

  • Providing a community of support
