Stress & Fertility
Stress does not cause infertility and by the way stress is not even always a bad thing! We’ll also talk ways to manage it when you’re in the thick of it—and this won’t be the banal advice of “getting more sleep” and “eating healthier”. Mental health advisor Batya Novick LCSW (@batyanovick) of The Calla Collective (@thecallacollectivehq) will be leading the convo!
