The pregnancy experience gets complicated and sometimes causes conflicted feelings after one experiences fertility struggles and losses.

This group is for individuals who are at any stage of their pregnancy after experiencing a complex and challenging journey to get to this point in time. Together, we may explore the following:

• Strategies to help manage the emotions that occur along the way

• Strategies to strengthen your relationships and set healthy boundaries

• Providing a nonjudgmental place to engage in authentic, honest discussions about disappointments, fears, and feelings of overwhelm

• Support with stress management, health and nutrition

• Providing a community of support
